About Frank

Frank has counseled thousands of North Texas residents during his twelve years in the chemical dependency and anger management fields.

Originally from New York, where he was a business executive, what started as volunteer work at a New York rehabilitation hospital became a passion to help those whose lives were in jeopardy due to their behaviors.

Frank left corporate life and studied to become a licensed chemical dependency counselor. Additionally he completed a two-year internship with the inpatient facility Charter Hospital, where he counseled adults and adolescents. After receiving his Texas license, he joined the largest outpatient counseling group in Dallas, First Step Counseling, where he eventually managed their Plano location.

Always wanting to further his expertise in counseling, he has studied with the late Dr. Albert Ellis, Newton Hightower, George Anderson, and was particularly honored to be invited as a professional-in-residence at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs, CA.

In 2004, Frank decided to enter private practice so he could address issues that contribute to addiction and impact the dysfunctional family, such as anger management and parenting skills. Frank's expertise and effectiveness in counseling has earned him an excellent reputation in the criminal justice system and among psychology professionals of Collin County.

Frank recently relocated his office from East Plano to Frisco, so it would be more convenient to his client base and central to the surrounding cities of McKinney, Allen, Plano, Lewisville and Denton.

Frank and his wife Susan live in Allen with their three dogs, Zoe, Zelda and Zena
